Watchphrase.com ("we," "our," "us") offers optional paid subscriptions processed securely via Stripe. As a digital service, there are no physical goods involved. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Digital Service — No Returns

Watchphrase.com provides a digital service. Since digital access cannot be "returned," all purchases are considered final once access is granted. Access to the Service is provided immediately upon successful payment.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. All payments are handled securely by Stripe.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at info@watchphrase.com within 14 days of the charge.
  2. Include your account email, transaction information, and the reason for your request.
  3. We will review your request and respond within a few business days. If approved, the refund will be processed via Stripe to your original payment method.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
