Watchphrase.com ("we," "our," "us") offers optional paid subscriptions processed securely via Stripe. As a digital service, there are no physical goods involved. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Digital Service — No Returns
Watchphrase.com provides a digital service. Since digital access cannot be "returned," all purchases are considered final once access is granted. Access to the Service is provided immediately upon successful payment.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. All payments are handled securely by Stripe.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:
- Unused subscription: if you have not used the Service during the current billing period.
- Legitimate reason: accidental purchase, the Service did not meet your expectations, or other personal circumstances — we will review your request and issue a refund where appropriate.
- Duplicate or erroneous charge: if you were charged twice or experienced a billing error, the incorrect charge will be refunded.
- Technical issues: if a technical problem on our end prevented you from using the Service.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
How to Request a Refund

- Include your account email, transaction information, and the reason for your request.
- We will review your request and respond within a few business days. If approved, the refund will be processed via Stripe to your original payment method.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
